Use

Almost every process in our body requires the use of B vitamins. They are necessary for the release of energy from food, for a healthy nervous system and help maintain the proper functioning of our digestive system. They also help in the health of the skin, hair and nails.

B-complex vitamins act synergistically, so insufficient intake of one or more of these vitamins may cause deficiencies in the others or impede their usefulness.
