Use
Vitamin B12 is a complex molecule, the main component of which is the metal Cobalt. Mainly accelerates the regeneration of bone marrow and red blood cells. B12 was isolated from the liver in 1948 and is an essential component for DNA synthesis and normal metabolism of nerve tissue. However, in cases of achlorhydria (the absence of hydrochloric acid in the stomach), vitamin B12 may not be absorbed from food. B12, iron and folic acid are considered important hematopoietic factors as they are vital for the formation of hemoglobin. B12 is essential for the production of myelin and for a healthy cardiovascular system. It is found in products of animal origin, such as meat. For this reason, doctors usually recommend that vegetarians take vitamin B12 supplements.
