Use

Vitamin C is essential for a healthy immune system, healthy bones, teeth and gums as well as maintaining normal levels of lipids and blood cholesterol.

Vitamin C is one of the most vulnerable water-soluble nutrients, being very unstable and easily destroyed by heat and light. For this reason it is not always possible to be sure how much Vitamin C is taken in with our diet. The body’s daily needs for Vitamin C are greater than any other water-soluble vitamin.

Lamberts® Vitamin C 1000mg is one of the most popular forms of vitamin C, and provides adequate levels for people with nutritional deficiencies of this nutrient. These tablets also contain a significant amount of bioflavonoids that help in its absorption by the body. Bioflavonoids have been shown to have specific active properties, one of which is to strengthen the capillary wall. The bioflavonoids contained in this formulation include rutin, quercetin, citrin and hesperidin.

Dosage
