Use
StrongStart MVM is a multivitamin formula, a single dose tablet daily, designed by Lamberts®’s Technical Department for women who are either hoping to conceive, are pregnant or breastfeeding. When taken daily, it provides the required amount of folic acid of 400mcg determined by the Ministry of Health, in combination with ideal levels of other vitamins and minerals that are necessary for this important period.
