Use

Multi-Max is a highly active multivitamin formula recommended for people over the age of 50 and administered in a dose of one tablet daily. Recent nutritional research in the United Kingdom has revealed that a significant proportion of people over the age of 50 fail to obtain RDA-recommended levels of micronutrients through their diet. Of particular interest at these ages are Vitamin D and the trace elements zinc, iron and selenium. This product contains high levels of B vitamins along with a strong combination of the most important minerals in amounts capable of supporting even the worst possible diet. Multi-Max can be taken with Osteoguard if calcium and magnesium are required. Multi-max Advance is a similar product, with an enhanced antioxidant effect provided by natural antioxidants, lutein and vitamin D. It should be noted, however, that vitamin B levels are higher in the Multi Max formula.
