Lamberts NATURAL PEA PROTEIN 750g

Lamberts Pea Protein, as its name implies, is a pea protein product. The extraction process and the use of fresh peas increases the protein content of the product from levels of 6% to 90%. This unique process produces a high content of soluble protein that is more easily broken down and absorbed. The choice of pure peas as a source of production of this protein was made because the amino acid profile provided by peas is rich in ‘branched chain amino acids’ (leucine, isoleucine and valine) and is the richest plant source of arginine compared to any other available . This formula does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy products, eggs, soy or animal foods.

Dosage:

Generally recommended 20g PEA PROTEIN daily (20g = 2 tablespoons) in Milk Shakes or Fruit Smoothies. Up to 2 doses of 20g per day can be taken. The powder has a mildly salty taste.
