HealthAid 5-HTP is a slow-release tryptophan, essential for the proper functioning of the brain, nervous system and appetite. Regulates serotonin (neurotransmitter) levels, which play an important role in sleep quality, mood stability, libido and control of gluttony (cases of bulimic obesity).
