Myoinositol is one of the 9 isomers of inositol, a vitamin that belongs to the complex of Vitamins B (Vitamin B8). It is produced endogenously in the body and is found in a variety of foods such as fruits, legumes and nuts.

Myoinositol plays an important role as the main building block of a large number of secondary messengers. In recent years it has been closely studied in relation to its role in the insulin signaling pathway (Insulin signaling Pathway) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Lamberts® powder myoinositol is 100% natural, soluble, with a pleasant taste and provides an easy way to take the 4g daily dose, a dose that has been used in the majority of clinical trials.

Dosage: 4 grams of powder (2 grams in the morning / 2 grams in the evening), half an hour before eating. The powder dissolves easily in water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
