Description
Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a specialized nutritional formula with all the vitamins of the B complex, which provides:
• Folic acid in the form of methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) which is the natural form of folic acid, as we find it in food (green vegetables).
• Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of B6
• Vitamin B12 in the form of methyl-cobalamin, which is the form of B12 with maximum absorption and bioavailability.
Several of the B vitamins contribute *:
• in the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid),
• in the treatment of fatigue and tiredness (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
• and in the maintenance of normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).
