Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), also known as thioctic acid or simply lipoic acid, is a vitamin-like substance that has gained much interest in recent years due to its ability to act as a powerful antioxidant as well as role played in energy production.
Each Alpha Lipoic Acid tablet from Lamberts provides 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid.
Dosage: 2 tablets daily with or without food. A lower dose of 1 tablet per day can be used as an antioxidant. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
