Description
Ornithine is produced from Arginine and is therefore considered an unnecessary amino acid.
Each capsule provides 500mg of free form of Ornithine for maximum absorption and bioavailability.
Dosage: 1 to 3 capsules daily, with juice or water rather than milk. Amino acids are better absorbed when taken half an hour before meals or at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
