Description
Although ginger is widely used in cooking, in recent years it has become extremely popular as a dietary supplement, due to the biological properties of its active ingredients gingeroles and zingerones. More than 14g of fresh ginger root are required to produce 120mg of extract, an amount contained in each capsule of Lamberts preparation.
The root of the plant is considered to have an excellent range of applications especially in disorders related to digestive dysfunction.
