Boldo is an herbal stimulant for the gallbladder and liver.
Artichoke flowers are a common cabbage, but the rest of the plant has excellent phytotherapy properties. Two components of artichoke, quinarin and scolymoside, have been shown to stimulate bile secretion, which is consistent with its traditional use in the treatment of incomplete digestion.
Cynarin has been shown to lower blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Artichoke can protect the liver from the harmful effects of alcohol while helping to metabolize fatty foods.

Dosage and method of use

Adults: 15-20 drops in a little water, 3 times a day, after meals.
