Vitamin K is found mainly in green vegetables and carrots and is responsible for normal blood clotting and maintaining normal bone condition. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to maintain strong bones and teeth, while also contributing to the normal function of muscles. Administered in combination, they work more effectively, as they act synergistically for the better utilization of calcium by the body and contribute to its deposition in the bones, but also in its removal from the vessels (calcifications).

Vitamin K complex + Vit. HealthAid D3 contains both types of vitamin K (K1 & K2), which are not derived from soy. K2 is in the form of MK-7 (menakinone-7), the most bioactive form of the vitamin for best results.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years, 1-2 tablets daily.
