Use

It is a highly active formulation with glucosamine and chondroitin enhanced with high levels of other nutrients which are recommended for the care of the joints. Each active ingredient has been selected based on both their mechanism of action and the synergy of the ingredients with each other.

Three tablets (recommended daily dose) provide 1500mg with glucosamine sulphate, the level used in many studies, as well as 300mg with chondroitin sulphate and 150mg MSM. Also added are the powerful bioflavonoid Quercetin (at a dose of 60mg per 3 tablets), Ginger (as a concentrated extract, at a dose of 1200mg per 3 tablets) and rose hip extract (at a dose of 400mg, per 3 tablets).

It is worth noting that a common practice with chondroitin supplements is to use preparations with only 20% chondroitin, but the label may indicate that the content is 100%. So a supplement that states that it contains 400mg chondroitin sulphate ultimately contains only 80mg chondroitin sulphate. Contrary to popular belief, Lamberts®’s product provides 330mg of 90% chondroitin preparation to deliver 300mg of pure marine chondroitin (per 3 tablets).
