Contains:

– Griffonia: ( 98% 5HTP: titrated hydroxytryptophan extract). It contributes to the production of serotonin, a hormone that plays an important role in the quality of sleep, mood stability, and even the control of gluttony.

– Magnolia: with muscle relaxant action

– Valeriana: Non-addictive, relaxing, relieves stress, reduces nervous tension and anxiety and ensures restful sleep.

– Escholzia: With mild antispasmodic, sedative and analgesic action. Restores psychological function to normal. It relaxes. It is not addictive. It does not cause hallucinations.

– L-Triptophane: An amino acid involved in the formation of serotonin.
