Components

Tincture of organically grown oats ( Avena sativa ) extracted in alcohol (51% w / v).

Dosage and method of use

Adults and children over 12 years: 10-15 drops in a little water, 3 to 5 times a day.
For use as a hypnotic, 30-40 drops daily before bedtime. Children (3-12 years): 6 drops 3 times a day.
