Lamberts VITAMIN E 400iu NATURAL FORM 180CAPS

Tocopherols are known as vitamin E and are found in vegetable oils and generally in plant foods. Tocopherols are distinguished by the letters of the Greek alphabet in: α, β, γ, δ, ε, ζ and η. The most important of these is α-tocopherol (d-alpha-tocopherol), as it is characterized by better absorption and bioavailability and with in this form the majority of clinical trials have been conducted. Vitamin E is one of the most important vitamins as it helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Lamberts VIT-E 400iu:

• provides 400i of naturally occurring Vitamin E as produced from sunflower seeds (natural vitamin E) in the form of ‘d’-alpha tocopherol which is most closely related to dietary vitamin E,

• is in the form of an enteric capsule to achieve the maximum possible absorption from the intestine with the secretion of bile

Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
