Description
It is an ideal formula of iron and B12 for vegetarians, as in addition to iron and B12 it provides very high levels of lysine (an amino acid found mainly in meat and increases the absorption of iron). Therefore, people who do not eat meat, except for the fact that they do not receive adequately absorbed iron (plant iron is non-heme and not well absorbed), do not receive lysine either.
In addition, iron is in the form of bisglycine iron. This form (along with iron citrate) is very mild for the stomach and intestines (does not cause gastrointestinal disorders).
