Lecithin is a phospholipid and is one of the richest sources of 2 key nutrients: choline and inositol. These two nutrients are lipotropic agents, playing an important role in the emulsification of fats and their liver catabolism. Lecithin is the main dietary source of choline in the form of phosphatidylcholine. Phosphatidylcholine is then converted to choline in the body, being one of the most important B-complex vitamins.

In addition to their role in fat metabolism, lecithin and choline are used by the body as building blocks of cell membranes and to facilitate the passage of fat through them. Finally, choline is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is extremely important for brain function.

These capsules offer an easy to boost diet with extra lecithin, with each capsule containing 1200mg of pure, non-genetically modified (GMO free) soy lecithin.

Dosage: 1 to 4 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
