Use

Starflower seeds (borage) have the highest percentage of GLA of any plant, and in this formulation each capsule provides a guaranteed 220mg of GLA, being one of the stronger formulations available on the market. The advantage is that you only need to take one capsule a day, unlike the night flower where it is necessary to take more capsules to get the same percentage of GLA. GLA is the precursor of a particularly important prostaglandin of PGE1, which participates in the regulation of the nervous, cardiovascular and reproductive systems in skin health and other important biological functions. While the body can produce GLA from linoleic acid (the omega 6 fatty acid found in vegetable oils) this conversion is sometimes slowed down or even inhibited completely.
