P5P (5 – Pyridoxal Phosphate) is the active form of vitamin B6.

Vitamin B6, takes part in more metabolic reactions of the body than any other Vitamin B complex and is characterized by important biological actions as it contributes *:

• in the normal synthesis of cysteine

• the normal functioning of the nervous system, the immune system and metabolic processes aimed at producing energy

• in the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen

• in normal psychological function

• to reduce fatigue and tiredness

• in the regulation of hormonal activity

Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Dosage: For people over 15 years: take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
