Green tea (Camellia sinensis) is believed to increase metabolic rate (our body’s ability to convert food into energy) and is therefore a popular dietary supplement among those who are concerned about their body weight. In addition to its ability to increase metabolic rate, green tea is a powerful antioxidant, helping to neutralize free radicals. These actions of green tea are due to a class of active substances called catechins and belong to the polyphenols. The polyphenols are found in high concentration in the leaves of green tea. This formula provides 250mg of catechins from green tea leaves with the important amino acid L-Theanine. Each tablet corresponds to ½ liters of green tea.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
