Clinical studies demonstrate the usefulness of Ω3 fatty acids for the health of the cardiovascular system and the skin as well as for maintaining the mobility of the joints.

Flax Seed Oil (flaxseed oil) is an ideal substitute for people who are allergic to fish oil, because it provides 60% A-linolenic acid (about twice the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids per gram compared to fish oils). A-linolenic acid is converted by the body to the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oils (EPA and DHA) depending on the body’s needs. As an essential nutrient, A-linolenic acid is essential in large quantities for the body but due to the fact that it is very unstable, we can not always be sure whether it is obtained through our diet. Lamberts® Flax Seed Oil is cold pressed to ensure the quality of its nutrients. It is also a useful source of Linoleic Acid, the allobasic essential fatty acid that our diet must provide.
