Use

Evening Primrose Oil is one of the few natural sources of polyunsaturated fat is called G-Linoleic Acid (GLA). The GLA is a precursor to a particularly important substance prostaglandin called PGE1, which is involved in the regulation of the nerve system, cardiovascular and reproductive system, skin health and in other biological functions. While the body can produce GLA from Linoleic acid (the Omega 6 fatty acid that found in vegetable oils) this conversion is sometimes slowed down or completely inhibited. For this reason, a dietary source of GLA can be very helpful for the body to bypass the conversion process, and innumerable clinical trials have shown that GLA supplements can be effective in certain cases. Lamberts® Evening Primrose Oil is a high quality oil specially selected for purity and level of GLA content, and each capsule also provides the RDA (recommended daily allowance) of Vitamin E.
