Dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 grams of powder after eating. 1/4 of a dessert spoon = 1 gram of powder.
Children over 10 years: Take 1/8 of a dessert spoon = 500 mg of powder after eating. The powder dissolves easily in water and juice or can be added as is to food.
