The active ingredients of artichoke are found in the leaves of the plant. The most important active ingredient is the chemical cynarin. Lamberts Artichoke is a high-content artichoke extract, titrated with 5% cynarin to deliver a guaranteed 16mg cynarin per tablet.

Dosage: 2 tablets daily with meals (maximum dosage: 6 tablets / day) for at least 8 weeks. Then, as a maintenance dose, 1-2 tablets daily with meals.

Note: Artichoke extract can be taken (2 tablets) before eating a fatty meal, to enhance digestion.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
