Lamberts® AZ is a formula of an effervescent tablet daily that provides almost all the necessary micronutrients, many of which are 100% RDA. It is a supplement which provides levels of micronutrients for maintenance purposes and is recommended for ages over 13 years. Although AZ provides micronutrient levels similar to corresponding multivitamin formulas on the market, have significantly lower purchase costs.
