The right moves

For the shower, lather on wet hands and apply to the skin.

For the bath, add the equivalent of 5 pressures into the bathtub as you fill it with water.

Rinse with plenty of water and pat dry. Then apply the Cream or Baume XeraCalm AD to replace the lipids.
