Special milk for babies from 0-6 months with diagnosed allergy to cow’s milk protein

Almiron Pepti 1 is indicated for the dietary treatment of allergy to cow’s milk protein. It is also recommended for the dietary treatment of severe colic, due to the extensive hydrolyzed protein it contains.

Almiron Pepti 1 is specially designed to meet the nutritional needs of the baby from birth to the 6th month as an exclusive diet. After 6 months it is recommended to continue feeding the baby with Almiron Pepti 2.

Almiron Pepti 1 is a food for special medical purposes according to the European Directive 1999/21 / EC (FSMP).

Almiron Pepti 1 should be used on medical advice and under medical supervision.

Like any other milk in the Almiron range, it provides your baby with all the nutrients he needs to grow.

Nutricia recommends Almiron Pepti 1 milk containing Pronutra, a mixture of ingredients:

• scGOS / lcFOS (9: 1)
• polyunsaturated fatty acids LCPs (AA and DHA)
• Almiron Pepti 1 contains scGOS / lcFOS in a 9: 1 ratio, in accordance with the European Baby Milk Directive (2006/141 / EC).

It also contains:

– extensively hydrolyzed whey protein for better infant tolerance

– low lactose content compared to infant formulas

– nucleotides

Almiron Pepti 1 can be given in combination with Nutricia Allergy Care baby cream, suitable for babies diagnosed with a cow’s milk protein allergy.
