Wild fir is used in cases of bronchitis, sinusitis, runny nose, hoarseness, sore throat and cough.

Contains resin and wild fir essential oil, terpenes and tannins, which act beneficially, naturally soothing the irritated upper respiratory system.

Components

Wild fir (Piceae abietis – Spruce). It also contains raw sugar, honey and concentrated fresh pear juice.

Dosage and method of use

Children (2-10 years old): 5ml, 1 to 2 times a day
Children (10-16 years old): 10ml, 2 to 4 times a day
Adults: 15ml, 2 to 4 times a day. It is best taken before meals.
