Po-Ho oil was one of the first and most beloved compositions of Dr. Alfred Vogel. Contains a composition of 5 Essential Oils from fresh herbs. The name comes from Po-Ho, a Chinese (Mandarin) term for mint, which is the basis of the five essential oils in this refreshing combination of oils.

The main feature of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature – which is why they smell so good. They can also be applied directly to the skin for rubbing, either for treatment with essential oils at home or in the gym (a few drops, in a ladle for the sauna).
In addition to transmitting a nice and relaxing aroma, essential oils can also help the body in other ways, which are the basis for aromatherapy.
In addition, peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils have traditionally been used to help maintain clean, cool breath and good respiratory health – especially during the cold and flu season for nasal congestion, runny nose, muscle aches and pains, aches and pains.

Components

Essential oils of the herbs mint 50%, eucalyptus 30%, wild cypress 14%, cumin 4% and fennel 2%, limonene, linalool and vitamin E.

Instructions for use

Gently insert the stick into the nostril, close the other nostril and inhale deeply. Repeat for the other nostril. Use as often as needed. The product is not suitable for children under 6 years.
