It is one of the richest sources of natural vitamins, mainly of the B complex (B1, B2, B6, B12), minerals, amino acids, and trace elements (contains: copper, chromium, zinc, selenium, iron, iodine) and is a food source used for the normal functioning of the endocrine system.
